VapeMart Australia sells age-restricted products. It is illegal to sell vaping products to anyone under the age of 18 in Australia, and we take this obligation seriously.
How we verify age
- By placing an order you declare that you are 18 years of age or older.
- Our checkout process may require you to confirm your date of birth.
- We may request government-issued photo identification (driver licence, passport or proof-of-age card) before dispatching an order where age cannot be reasonably confirmed.
- Parcels containing age-restricted products may require an adult signature on delivery.
Orders we will cancel
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, without notice, where:
- we are unable to verify that the purchaser is 18 or older;
- we reasonably believe the products are being purchased on behalf of a minor; or
- identification provided appears altered or fraudulent.
A note to parents and guardians
If you believe a minor has placed an order using your details or payment method, contact us immediately at support@vapemartaustralia.com.au and we will cancel the order and cooperate fully.
