3. Orders & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

Vaping products may contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. These products are not suitable for minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons with cardiovascular conditions. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
7. Intellectual property

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
